Pause the regular schedule
Every regular time of this shul comes off the site for the days you pick, and comes back by itself afterwards. Nothing is deleted. Times entered for the dates themselves (Special Day, Yom Tov) still show — that is how the paused days get their own schedule.
Are these times still right?
Press this whenever you've checked the schedule is current — even if nothing changed. Everyone on the site can see how long it's been, so a schedule that has quietly gone out of date shows up as out of date.
Shiurim & Learning
What this shul learns and when. These are the Learning tab.

Flyers
A PDF or a photo — zmanim sheets, a shiur, an event. It shows on your shul's card under Tefillah, and rotates on the home page for anyone following you.
Special Day (Yom Tov, fast day…)
Times added here apply to one specific date and show as "Special schedule" on the calendar. For a whole Yom Tov at once, use the Yom Tov card below.
Yom Tov
Every day of the Yom Tov on one screen — Selichos, Shofar, Kol Nidrei, Neilah, Hakafos, whatever the day calls for. Nothing is saved until you press Save.
Proposed Changes
A newer flyer suggests these differ from what's currently live. Nothing changes until you approve it. These span every shul, not just the one selected above.
Mazel Tovs
Simchas post straight away, each carrying the poster's name and number. Remove anything that shouldn't be here — that is the whole moderation model. Flagged posts rise to the top.
Post one directly
Goes straight on the site — no review needed.
Never shown on the site. It only decides who is notified — people who are members of these shuls and have mazal tovs switched on. Pick none and nobody is notified; it still goes on the home page for everyone.
Usage
Daily totals only — no names, no addresses, nothing about who did what.

Who can call for a minyan
Anyone can sign themselves up with a phone number — no approval needed. The number is there so every call has a name against it, not as proof of anything. What actually caps abuse: one call per person per day, 5 across the whole neighbourhood per day, one open call per shul, a 20-minute cooldown, and nothing between midnight and 7:30am. Even a pile of invented numbers can't push more than 5 calls a day. Block anyone who misuses it, and tell me if you want sign-ups closed to admin-added numbers only.
Need a tenth?
Sends straight away to everyone in the neighbourhood who turned on "Tenth needed" — not just people who follow your shul. The call clears itself after 45 minutes.
